Early Stages:
Initial Call
Initial telephone conversation to have a full understanding of your current position and what exactly you are looking for in your new role. We will then receive your CV, making sure it is up to scratch.
Bespoke Consultation
We will then match your preferences, offering you a telephone consultation with a short list of all best possible options for you.
Comprehensive Plan
Once we have a full understanding, we work with you to form a comprehensive plan of action, together with a selection of hospitals we will put you forward for. We then handle the rest.
After a couple of friendly telephone calls, getting to know you and your preferences, we will explain and guide you through the recruitment process from start to finish, answering any questions you have along the way. All of this is free of charge - we work on behalf of the NHS, securing quality doctors permanent positions across all locations in the UK and Ireland. You will have a Recruitment Consultant chosen specifically to cater around your speciality and grade, factoring in all of your preferences. We establish personal relationships, so you feel comfortable and in a trusting environment.
